This wedding planning packet includes:
a four page checklist that covers final planning items that you should complete 4 weeks from your wedding
a day of payments/tip document so you can track any vendor gratuities or day of payments and who is responsible for distributing them
two decor overview guides (one is notated and one is blank so you can create your own). This should be used to describe in detail how you want every section of your wedding day set up.
an email template so you can send your final two weeks out vendor confirmation emails to your vendor team
a friends and family contact list document so you have everyone's information in one place and can track what they are in charge of
a four page hypothetical scenarios guide. This guide ensures that you've thought through every potential scenario and have a detailed plan of action for each one! Review this document with your partner then relay the answers to your wedding vendors and applicable parties. You'll especially want to review this with whoever is in charge of running your wedding day!
a six page wedding packing list. This helps you ensure that no detail or item is forgotten. It's broken into (bride/groom) morning of packing lists, gifts, attire and accessories, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and even included two emergency kit checklists.
